I have currently been renting my apartment for 4 months where Laker provide the building management solutions.I had the boiler serviced when i moved into the apartment in November and they reported the boiler needed a new fan, In January the fan stopped working and it has taken over a dozen calls and 5 attempted visits as they turn up when they like and cancel appointments and expect you to be ableto accomodate there availability, they say the engineer is in your area Derby and he is in Leicester not exactly area. Laker do not understand and very inflexible to single working people as the only work 8.30 - 1700, the service desk are not friendly and seem to be incompetent
