The first return - the door and sensor on the air-filter was damaged, when it was rpaired a second time the unit came back wrecked and was unuseable and unrepairable. USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

I had my cat quarantined with Ladyhaye in 2010. When he was returned to me in Cayman Islands 6 months later the neglect was apparent. He had not been combed in the 6 months that he was there. His coat was extremely matted. His claws were never trimmed while in their care. When I picked him up his claws were so long they were growing back into his pads on his feet. This must have been very painful for him. When I complained they said it was not part of their duty to comb and trim nails! who was supposed to do it then? the doctors and kennel keepers obviously did not care or pay any attention. I paid a lot of money for him to be kept there and feel that I did not get my money’s worth. My cat Franklin died a few months after receiving him from Ladyhaye. I would not recommend their service.

Window and conservatory options demanding £3000 more than the original quote to supply. I support local businesses everytime. But window and conservatory options should be avoided!!!!!!!
