Because bottle (2 liter) water put on every table and you can’t go for water after finish the battle in summer also. 10- HR always ping to TL and ask about everyone what is doing and what is talking both A & B. 11- What are you doing? 12- Why you are doing this? 13- How doing this? 14- Pirated Software using in the company, all software is pirated like Window, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and many more. Because this company doesn’t want to purchase s/w and can invest money are security cameras. 15- No working environment in www.xantatech.com or www.amulet-creations.com 16- 16-If you have any complain or want discuss anything with management, you are fired and will not pay balance and not provide any relieving or Experience Certificate. 17- If you told him where you are joining now then this company will give negative feedback to that company without any confirmation call. 18- Company does not allow or believe in helping grow to any employee. 19- You can’t ask any thing or can’t discuss anything with your colleagues in working hours. 20- You can’t take any leaves without prior information means you can’t take urgent leaves, If you are suffering like fever, cold or pain then HR will deduct 2 day salary for 1 leaves and C. HR always take more than 5 leaves without any prior information.
