Beware of buying anything from this company, if it goes wrong they are not capable of fixing problems even when an item it is returned multiple times. The first return - the door and sensor on the air-filter was damaged, when it was rpaired a second time the unit came back wrecked and was unuseable and unrepairable. USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

In response to a claim for some minor damages, Oldhams management treated us with an incredibly offensive attitude (although the claim was properly settled in the end). We later discovered that Oldhams had disclosed our removal address to third-parties, which we considered a violation of our privacy rights and potentially exposed vulnerable persons to risk. Very poor behaviour that we suspect....

We later discovered that Oldhams had disclosed our removal address to third-parties, which we considered a violation of our privacy rights and potentially exposed vulnerable persons to risk. Very poor behaviour that we suspect was in retaliation for the insurance claim. On this basis, we are not able to recommend this company.

How blinkered to not allow someone to pay with a Scottish £10 note. This family run behind the times business needs to wake up and smell the coffee. One lost costumer for life. Thanks though, after walking home empty handed I found my item online elsewhere for a lot cheaper. Get with it...!
