This company "J Computing Consultants Ltd" and the owner Jonathan (Jonny) Holmes, promised to pay my bill for work done in good faith, then completely ignored subsequent requests. It is for a small amount, but if this is how he treats his vendors, be warned. Do not patronize.

Went to collect car and noticed some damage to paint work i.e. persons named scraped into wing etc, owner was apologetic as he wasn't aware of it and offered discount. After driving up the road on way home, realised viscous coupling had failed and needed new one, owner offered to pay for the part if we fitted ourselves so played fair and agreed, as a consequence of the viscous coupling fa....

After driving up the road on way home, realised viscous coupling had failed and needed new one, owner offered to pay for the part if we fitted ourselves so played fair and agreed, as a consequence of the viscous coupling failing, it had damaged the IRD unit which are up to £1,000 reconditioned, he again agreed to supply the part but would not fit it to which again we agreed, however, he changed his mind and basically told us to take him to court through a solicitors letter! I was buying this car after someone crashed in to me and my two children head on at 50 mph and trusted that this person (who is also a parish councillor) was selling us a fully working vehicle that I could feel safe in and was very sadly let down by this person. I do not have £1,000 to repair this car and are going to have to sell it as a repairable vehicle and in turn have lost a good chunk of my insurance money. Very upset and vulnerable mother of two
