Staff where friendly but customer service really lacking. Took me almost 3 weeks to set an account up, eventually when it was set up I received my bags to find they had sent my a handful of already opened boxes, the stentch of fire was discusting and the bags fell through causing hundreds of pounds worth of damage which I had to pay through my own pocket as they did not compencate me for this....

I had heard a good opinion on this company but they definatly failed to impress

They will take your money, take forever to deliver something and even then it will be wrong as they are full of false promises. Save your hard-earned money and go with another company We lost a big amount of money already. Also after doing a bit of research (unfortunately too late) I discovered that they write their own reviews. One site also shows this by indicating all the reviews on them were written form the same computer.
