Had the Gok cooking bug. Watched his show yesterday and popped into this Chinese Grocery store today, seeking out ingredients for Gok's Beef in black bean sauce with rice, after reading reviews from other customers. Found all that I was looking for and more. the Lady who runs the shop, was very helpful and gave me some additional tips as well. Brought their 'GOK's Basket of Love' promotional offer. If your serious about learning to cook oriental food this is the shop for you - polite and helpful customer service - clean shop - and good range of oriental products. A bit of a track, I live in Dulwich. But worth it!! Time for me to get cooking! :)

Just seen my husbands wedding ring for the umteenth time sat in the box as it cant be worn as prompted me to write this review. The way this so called business has treated us is appalling. After 11mths my husbands diamond fell out of his ring. I went back to this company (nov 11)and was told by the owner Kelvin that he has been wearing it abnormally. How do you wear a ring abnormally I ask! My husband only wears his ring once a week or should I say he used to, as he cant wear it for work as he's an electrician. Kelvin told me that we would have to pay for the new diamond to go back in it he almost seemed surprised that I would suggest such a thing like customer service for heavens sake. The ring is not fit for purpose and we are stuck with a ring that cannot be worn. Im terribly upset that my husband cannot wear his ring from our special day. By the way once you have the excellent service on your initial meeting dont be surprised when you go back to collect your rings its done in reception and quick at that!

Beware of buying anything from this company, if it goes wrong they are not capable of fixing problems even when an item it is returned multiple times. The first return - the door and sensor on the air-filter was damaged, when it was rpaired a second time the unit came back wrecked and was unuseable and unrepairable. USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

I had my cat quarantined with Ladyhaye in 2010. When he was returned to me in Cayman Islands 6 months later the neglect was apparent. He had not been combed in the 6 months that he was there. His coat was extremely matted. His claws were never trimmed while in their care. When I picked him up his claws were so long they were growing back into his pads on his feet. This must have been very painful for him. When I complained they said it was not part of their duty to comb and trim nails! who was supposed to do it then? the doctors and kennel keepers obviously did not care or pay any attention. I paid a lot of money for him to be kept there and feel that I did not get my money’s worth. My cat Franklin died a few months after receiving him from Ladyhaye. I would not recommend their service.
