	I am writing to express my gratitude to the management team for the care, and dignity of care to all the residents of the Whitehouse. Without them, the health care assistants would not be the professionals they are. Their professionalism and standard of care is second to none and without them, the residents would not receive the high quality of care they already receive. The residents receive empathy. The carers promote the complete independence, where possible, of each individual resident, in all areas, especially the social interaction activities they receive. They are treated as if they have never been away from their own home. I believe the residents should be given one 2 one at some point in their care, and the staff at the whitehouse exceed this expectation. My overall review of the care and manner of this home is outstanding, and completely welcoming. I would recommend this care home to any persons who require the care of a loved one, in the knowledge that they will receive outstanding care.
