	I stopped using Rush in Sutton about 2 years ago as I received bad service. Stupidly, I decided to go back about a year ago. There is no consistency in how one stylist does exactly the same treatment compared to another, even if they have the same experience. I recently had my hair dyed. The Style Director didnt properly put on the colour, meaning that I was left with numerous patches of my previous colour. The manager took over and had to strip my hair and re-colour it on the same day- not really great for keeping the hair healthy! However, not even she did a good job and I was again left with patches. I was due to go back into the salon to have my hair redone for the second time. I was told an hour before my appointment that I had to pay FULL PRICE for this, despite the manager having previously waived the fee due to me spending over four hours in the salon and being provided with what she described herself as a very poor level of service. The very rude manager, Tina, wasnt prepared to discount the fee at all, despite Rush leaving me with patchy hair for a week and requiring me to stay in the salon for hours and come back again. I’m now left with awful hair and looking for another, more competent, hairdresser which tries to provide a good level of service when things go wrong. How hard can it be to apply dye evenly to someones hair! I would personally never go back there. I used the one in Epsom before and they were good so may be worth going there instead!
